Shared outdoor spaces need regular care to stay neat and welcoming. We work with strata managers to keep gardens, lawns, and hedges in top condition. Whether it’s scheduled lawn mowing, tree maintenance, or seasonal clean-ups, we take care of the details so residents can enjoy beautifully maintained outdoor areas without the hassle.

Yes, we tailor maintenance plans to suit each property’s needs, from weekly to seasonal visits.
We clean up all garden waste after every visit, and you can choose how it’s handled. If you have a green bin, we’ll use that first to keep things simple. For larger amounts, we can remove and dispose of the waste for you, or if you prefer, we can leave it in a designated spot on your property. Just let us know what works best for you!
Yes! While our strata maintenance covers common areas, residents can arrange private garden work separately. We’ll coordinate directly with the resident, and the work will be carried out on the same day as the scheduled strata maintenance.
Yes — we offer a full service package in selected areas, combining garden maintenance, internal cleaning of shared areas, bin rotation and cleaning. We work with Beyond Sparkling Cleaning to ensure everything is covered. If you’re unsure whether your property is eligible, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
