In Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches, summers tend to be hot and dry. The best time to plant is in late autumn (April–May), giving plants time to establish strong roots before the heat sets in.
Yes, we provide regular maintenance to keep your garden in great shape. Typically, this means two visits per month in the warmer months (October–April) and one visit per month in the cooler months (May–September). Maintenance includes weeding, pruning, fertilising, and pest control, with trimming and seasonal tasks spread out across visits to keep things manageable.
Yes, we can assess your soil and recommend or apply the right amendments to improve its structure and fertility.
We focus on sustainable and environmentally friendly gardening. If you prefer organic methods, we can tailor our approach to suit your needs.
It depends on the type of plants, soil, and weather conditions. We can provide tailored watering advice and even set up an irrigation system with a timer to keep things easy for you.
The best times are late spring and autumn. This avoids the harsh summer heat, which can scorch new growth, and the humid conditions that can encourage fungal diseases. A light trim in late spring manages new growth, while a heavier trim in autumn prepares hedges for winter.
